How to Access Container at Storage Facility
It’s quite simple. You book an appointment to access your storage unit here through our website or by contacting our customer service team. You cannot just show up during warehouse hours at our Jeddah or Riyadh facilities.
You’ll hold the keys to your unit (we never keep a copy), so make sure you bring those. The last thing you want is to make the trek only to realize your keys are at home on the counter, and you can’t actually get into your container. If you lose your key, however, you can get assistance from our Operations team. We’ll remove your existing lock and provide you a new one with a new key. This has a separate fee, so keep that in mind!
Simply take out what you need, rearrange if necessary, and re-lock your unit before you leave. It’s that easy. You don’t pay any fees to visit our container.

Maybe you’re far from our warehouse or just don’t have time to make the trip. No worries - we can deliver your container back to your property (or anywhere you need it, for that matter). It’s only 99 SAR round trip, excluding VAT.
We’ll drop the unit at your location and let you work through it on your own time. Then, just give us a call when you’re ready to have it picked back up. We’ll come to retrieve it once more. You can do this as many times as you need throughout your lease.
