Data
1. What we collect
Data you give us: name, mobile number, email, delivery and collection address, and booking details, when you book or contact us via the site, WhatsApp or phone.
Payment data: processed by our online payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Usage data: pages you visit, your device and browser, and IP address, through cookies and the analytics and advertising tools listed in section 5.
Purpose
2. Why we use it
To fulfil your booking: delivery, storage, collection, invoicing, and service communication. To improve the site and the service. And to send offers if you agreed, which you can stop at any time.
Legal basis: performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, and your consent where the law requires it.
Sharing
3. Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the service: the online payment provider, the analytics and advertising tools (section 5), and communication providers (WhatsApp, email). We do not sell your data. We may be required to disclose data to regulators on request, in accordance with the law.
Retention
4. How long we keep it
Booking and invoice data: for the contract term and afterwards for the statutory periods for commercial and accounting records. ten years, as required by the Commercial Books Law and tax regulations. Marketing data: until you withdraw consent. Usage data: per each tool’s settings (section 5).
Cookies
5. Cookies and third-party tools
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure site usage, Microsoft Clarity for experience analysis, and advertising tools (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google) to measure campaigns and retarget. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site functions may be affected.
