An office of 3 to 5 people usually fits one Medium unit, 899 SAR a month before VAT in Jeddah and Riyadh, and an archive alone a Small at 599. Here is the usual inventory and what to do if you have more.

How to load the unit properly
Dismantle desks (most are four bolts) and stand them on their side. Chairs stack. Files in same-size boxes, numbered, with the index kept outside the unit. Devices in their original boxes where you have them, and in an air-conditioned unit if the term is long.
