Sizing
How many units replace the warehouse you are looking at?
A rough floor-area conversion: the Large unit is 3.6 × 2.4 m, so 8.6 m² of floor with 2.5 m of height, rated for 1,500 kg.
- A small 20 m² warehouse ≈ two to three Large units.
- 50 m² ≈ six Large units.
- 100 m² ≈ twelve Large units, at which point commercial rates apply and it is worth a conversation.
The practical difference: units scale up and down with the season and are paid monthly; a warehouse comes whole, on a one-year lease, used or not.
