A traditional warehouse suits you if
You move goods daily, run forklifts, pick and pack around the clock, or have a team working inside the store. There, a warehouse is the right answer.
A unit suits you if
Seasonal stock, overflow inventory, archives and documents, equipment between projects, or storage between two sites. You pay per unit per month and stop when you are done.

Sizing
How many units replace the warehouse you are looking at?
A rough floor-area conversion: the Large unit is 3.6 × 2.4 m, so 8.6 m² of floor with 2.5 m of height, rated for 1,500 kg.
- A small 20 m² warehouse ≈ two to three Large units.
- 50 m² ≈ six Large units.
- 100 m² ≈ twelve Large units, at which point commercial rates apply and it is worth a conversation.
The practical difference: units scale up and down with the season and are paid monthly; a warehouse comes whole, on a one-year lease, used or not.

A small warehouse comes with an annual lease, insurance, electricity and sometimes a guard, all paid whether the store is empty or full.
A unit comes with one monthly price that includes the first delivery and collection, and you scale by the unit. We do not claim it is cheaper in every case, we claim you pay for what you actually use, which is the difference that matters to most small and medium businesses.
